The service allows viewers of web pages that display XooXooX web advertising to choose the personalized offers they would like to see in those locations. This is done simply by filling out a private want list.

The service is designed to be especially attractive to web publishers who provide News, Social Networks, blogs, online games, and other web pages whose demographics are so wide, or whose content is so variable, that traditional web advertising selection methods tend to do poorly — resulting in low web ad space rates. But when users choose the offers they like, higher purchase rates and response rates occur, resulting in higher revenues for such web publishers.
